Overview
Launching gnome terminal using the Gnome overview launches gnome-
terminal-server, which does not have an application icon.
Setup
❯ lsb_release -rd
Description:Ubuntu Xenial Xerus (development branch)
Release:16.04
❯ apt-cache pol
At risk of clouding the issue, I've noticed that suspend/resume works
correctly using `linux-image-extra-4.4.0-13-generic` but closing the lid
will cause a shutdown using `linux-image-extra-4.4.0-15-generic`.
I'm on 16.04 using the same laptop (XPS 9350) as the OP.

To elaborate:
a) Netbook running Karmic - connects to Yahoo! first time
b) Laptop running Karmic - does not connect to Yahoo! first time, but if I
disable then re-enable the protocol, it connects second time.

When cancelling a running download in gftp, you are presented with two
options
i) Cancel (with 'x' icon)
ii) Cancel
This is very confusing. Something like
i) Cancel Download
ii) Continue Download
might be more appropriate.
