Hi, I got the same issue on a P35-DS3 mainboad with the same network card : 04:00.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8111/8168B PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet controller (rev 01) WOL works fine if I shutdown manually computer before Ubuntu loaded, for instance at Grub menu.
