It became an xorg bug because the Ubuntu-bug refused to let me assign it
as a general bug. It's still a valid issue.

Testing OpenBravoPOS on 12.04 to check suitability to upgrade existing
9.04 system. Installs and runs perfectly under 10.04. Fails to install
in 12.04.
System uses installer .BIN package. After chmod a+x to make .BIN file
executable, and then attempting to execute the file
