I sometimes get this error upon starting my Kubuntu Karmic laptop. As
in, as the system tray starts filling up, the crash message shows up.

I'm having this problem with the broadcom 4318, using b43-fwcutter, and
the b43-firmware package. The led on the card lights up, the interface
is on iwconfig. But I can't scan, or connect to any networks.
