Issue persists in Ubuntu 20.04. Images created with update-mkinitramfs
and default configuration are not fully extracted by unmkinitramfs.

In current bionic icedtea-8-plugin, which by name and version belongs to
openjdk-8, depends on icedtea-netx, which depends on default-jre, which
depends on openjdk-11-jre.
So it is currently not possible to install icedtea-8-plugin without
openjdk-11-jre.

Still needed for embedded development in bionic.

Setting
ssl.disable-client-renegotiation = "disable"
in lighttpd.conf helps, but is not really a solution, because of
CVE-2009-3555.
