The problem appears only when I am using the Intel driver.
And it also now appears even when I have the TearFree option removed from the
file, which was not the case before I tried to fix the screen tearing.
I have the file asked for attached when reproducing the error.

In my 20-intel.conf file in either /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/ or
/usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/ when I set Option TearFree to true, the
pixel on my desktop go wild, see attachment (dynamic because those
stripes vary from boot to boot).

When fractional scaling is active and set to 125% (I only tested this
with 125%) and then the switch for fractional scaling is deactivated
again, the screen scales well beyond the standard (and selected) 100%.
Feels like 50% or less. This issue is removed when rebooting.

The tearing appears when fractional scaling is active and set to 125% (I
only tested it with 125%) AND only when the mouse cursor is moved. The
tearing does not appear, when the cursor is not moved. The tearing does
also not appear when the display is scaled to 100 or 200% no
