I can confirm the problem. Including the delay in the cache.commit():

So it seems an upstream issue.
- If I set the CPU/HT reference clock at 200 MHz with a 16.5 ratio, it reports
properly as 3.3 GHz max
- If I change CPU/HT reference clock to 234 MHz with a 14 ratio it reports the
max frequency as 2.8 GHz eventhough it should be 3276
I have exactly the same problem,
- The dock shows and works as expected, even semi translucent
- flying the mouse over shows the tool tips
- Clicking on the dock opens the corresponding application
- Dragging an application adds it to the dock
- Running an application shows the white indicators

I think this "bug" should be closed now that nautilus-actions is
available in Ubuntu.
To link baobab with Nautilus just install nautilus-actions
sudo apt-get install nautilus-actions

System->Preferences->Nautilus Application Actions Configuration
Solved for me. No longer getting the error in Xorg.0.log and my video
performance is better than before. MythTV, vlc and gmplayer work at full
screen using a fraction of the CPU. Still some choppy video with Miro,
and Totem is not displaying video but I am not getting the error.
