I've been testing the patches you linked above on Fedora 29 against 4.19.15-302 for about two weeks and so far I haven't had wifi disappear. I'm reasonably certain that I've lost bluetooth at least once so I'm not quite sure whether the results are just a conicidence. -- You received this bug no
