Current status on my R61p
I've installed hardy yesterday - done a clean install
Suspend is working perfectly - with of without enabled compiz
Hibernation - system hibernates correctly, but Xorg doesn't work after resume
my card is:

Just run rtorrent with previously (rtorrent form gutsy) saved session
data
the workaround is just to delete session files

After upgrading from gutsy to hardy rtorrent stopped working:
Tracker: [Couldn't resolve host name]
DNS servers are good, resolv.conf is good - probably the error resides
in libcurl which libtorrent uses to get data from tracker

Making users download 70MB update because of wrong splash screen is silly.
