I have just upgraded to Ubuntu 18.04 with rdesktop 1.8.3-2build1 and it
does the same thing. The old (v1.8.3) version still works fine.

Babiloo was reported even though it doesn't have 'dict*' matching any
word of its name. It does have 'dictionaries' in its summary
description, but then AbiWord is also reported with no word matching
'dict*' anywhere in the name or the summary description.
