The newest Ubuntu release seems to be quagga (0.99.2-1ubuntu3.3) . The
patch is still needed, but the changelog needs to be modified.

Backported to Dapper. I believe it was fixed in upstream before
Edgy/Feisty.

This is a critical bug. Because of the race condition it makes using
ospf with static routes unusable. Please consider a release.
