[Bug 50278] "Keyboard Label|" Appearing before all keyboard accellerators

Public bug reported: Im not sure whether this is a gtk problem or an ubuntu problem but "Keyboard Label|" has now appeared infront of every keyboard accelerator shortcut in every menu, the only program i can find so far that i unaffected is firefox. My system info: Gnome 2.14.2, Ubuntu Distributio
