Yes, fixed for me too by manually installing the 2.6.35 kernel for
maverick in lucid.
Downloaded from http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-
ppa/mainline/v2.6.35-maverick . The v2.6.35-rc1-lucid did not fix the
problem for me.

I have followed the DebuggingKernelSuspend article as well, but failed
to notice anything resembling the wanted debugging info.
Both my dmesg outputs are in attachments.
