I believe this problem still exists in 12.10 as well. How come the fix
didn't persist after Oneric?

After suspend / resume, the wireless connection does not connect.
Files attached are the result of iwconfig, ifconfig, dmesg and udevadm
monitor after boot ('before') and after suspend (wait 30 seconds) resume
('after').

My swap partition was smaller than total RAM, i think this caused the
problem, and after increasing the swap partition problem no longer
persists.
