Am running 16.04 Ubuntu (Mate) and was getting 1.2Mb NFS file transfers
between 2 directly wired pcs. Adding the blacklist line speeded things
up to 102MB/sec so guess this is still an issue.

Have just wasted nearly 2 hours trying to get mailmerge to work.
If a feature isn't available it should appear greyed out in the menu.
Mailmerge isn't available (unless you have installed the base option) so
it should appear in grey.
