On a relevant note: if I just power my computer off after x seconds, it
is correctly hibernated and I can resume.
This is not really useful though, since the power button is inaccessible
when the screen lid is closed, but it may be helpful in tracking the bug
down and/or it may allow a workaround
Kernel upstream tested, the result is the same. Hibernation takes
approximately 4 minutes, of which only the first few seconds actually do
something.

I'm having the same problem. So I want to install KTorrent 3.3 too,
apparently it's still not in the repositories... but when I install from
the website, I cannot compile. Some compiler tool is missing I guess,
installing cmake was fine but after that it still fails to compile.
