I had the same problem after upgrading from 2.6.20-9. It was resolved on 2.6.20-14 with Ndiswrapper 1.41 installed from the source tarball ( sudo make uninstall, make, sudo make install). After upgrade to 2.6.20-15 I had to repeat the proceeding. It is working with WPA on my Broadcom Corporation D
