This fix did not make it into Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, the ulogd2 package
version there is still 2.0.8-2build1, and ulogd2 crashes when HWHDR is

Changing the "Base Memory" size in VirtualBox under "System ->
Motherboard" from 2048MB to 3072MB helped, now the install does not
