[Bug 1600580] [NEW] unity-greeter icons under Ubuntu dashpanel after one time logout/login

Public bug reported: I have some trouble with dash panel, it's starts after I suspend my laptop and when I login into the system again I start see the unity-greeter icons under my dash panel in right top corner. Please see screenshot. For now I use Ubuntu 16.04 on HP ProBook 6460b with HD3000.
