If you have this problem just kill all the evolution processes and restart
evolution.
But it's still annoying.
I suppose it's not that hard to silently restart backend from the evolution
process, need to check why it wasn't done before.

Although some DVD media can be mounted normally.
The only difference I can think of is the file size: media with files bigger
than 4Gb doesn't mount.
