Nevermind. I just noticed that the init script creates /var/lib/4store
automatically. I had expected the postinst script to do this.

I have a desktop system that was installed as 11.10 and now upgraded to
12.04 beta 2.
NFS mounts specified in /etc/fstab do not work. Booting gets stuck and I
don't get a graphical login screen. When using recovery mode and
bringing up the network, the error message I get is

package to automatically create /var/lib/4store, the default data
directory, but it wasn't.

Did "apt-get install mozilla-livehttpheaders"
Closed and restarted Firefox
However, LiveHTTPHeaders doesn't show up in Tools->Extensions nor as an
item in the Tools menu.
I suspect this is due to the iceweasel/firef
