indicator-datetime set for 24 hours does not show 24 hour clock for
"Other Locations"
I've always found Simple CompizConfig Settings Manager the quickest and
easiest way to change the animations. I feel the compizconfig-settings-
manager package is too complex for "regular" use, so I've always
preferred this one.
A fix for this would be appreciated here.
