I used "sudo apt install -f" and then "sudo dpkg --configure -a" and it
should be fixed maybe or maybe not, maybe.

I have had this going on for 3 months, nearly every time I install a package
with "apt install package" it says dpkg needs to be configured. This latest one
was while trying to do this:

I guess good to note, I installed from a 22.04.1 USB, upgraded to
current which was 22.04.3, then it later updated to 22.04.4 and I have
been using this machine with Ubuntu since December 2023 maybe or maybe
not, maybe.

Okay, yes I am trying to report an error(bug) and everything is default
from an install from an Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS bootable USB stick and PrtSc
picture works fine but video is bad everywhere on everything and
whatever of X11 or Wayland I am using default, probably X11 maybe or
maybe not, maybe.
