I just removed that line, and it seems like it has done the trick. Conky
no longer crashes on my startup of Openbox.
Why would displaying the log make it crash? Is there anyway to fix my
script so that the log can be displayed?

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: conky
I upgraded from Hardy 8.10 to Intrepid 8.10, and am using the conky
(1.6.1-0ubuntu2) package.
Conky randomly crashes after startup. I'm not sure what triggers it,
since it's happened under different conditions.
Attached is my .conkyrc config file.
