Deploying those ridiculously low parameters in
/usr/lib/sysctl.d/juju-2.0.conf prevent to override in /etc/sysctl.conf
as one should expect ..
Please revert this setup it prevents to use juju on lxd at all and is not
coherent with :
https://github.com/lxc/lxd/blob/master/doc/production-setup.md
It has been taken care of in Juju itself which was the use case.
The parameter is : cloudimg-base-url FYI

Was doing deployment of OpenStack using some lxc on MAAS.
Working well with 1.16.6 upgrading to 1.17.7 deployment seems stuck ..
only for lxc contained one.

I changed bios settings "legacy" to disable for os behavior and get same
trouble with 3.5 (quantal).

Changing back to enable fix the pb but means "windows 8" bios mode is not
supported..
I'm in 3.8 (raring kernel) and it works well now...
