i tried to download three days ago the iso and run it from usb (try without
install) as instructed

it seems the problem is still very present in that version
if that helps, the problem is present since 3.13.0-20
seems good on
tried the latest kernel, amd64 3.15rc7
done some testing, wifi seems to be working fine with this kernel

i can confirm this bug with version 0.6.6 and ubuntu 8.04 updated. When
I disconnect the cable the cpu keep indexing, even if the settings for
index-stop on battery state are marked.
