Attempting to import a .ovpn config file with a reneg-sec option larger
than 65535 through the gnome network manager causes the following error
message:
The file 'config.ovpn' could not be read or does not contain recognized VPN
connection information

Still exisiting problem. Yesterday I used the laptop for over 3 hours on
battery, doing various tasks including using transmission & firefox, and laptop
did not freeze at all.
Today laptop froze within 2 minutes of logging in. Had got as far as loading

Hi, problem still exists - does not appear to be linked to cpu load as
sometimes the freeze occurs when there is very little activity.

Kernel freeze when on battery - Compaq nc6400

Also affects me - I have a 1.8ghz model & a 2ghz model, each with 3gb
ram. Has taken me some time to realise the freezes were on battery
power. I'm still not entirely sure, but will keep checking & will update
this if I find anything different. The report so far seems more
comprehensive than I am c
Hi, sorry I'm not expert enough at the moment, but willing to learn. I've tried
altering my repository to show 'proposed' & the checking for updates, but
couldn't find anything relating to sbackup. Can you point me in the right
direction & I'll test it out.

duplicate by me = 575184. 32 bit version, full install of 10.04.

eeepc, have installed backports & also partially installed kernal from
Array.org in order to get wifi working (is now working). Network manager
is working fine.
Clicked on 'the cloud' which disappeared to be replaced with this bug
report
