Thanks Chris. I checked further on support sites. One suggested redirecting
sources (sources.list) from Eoan to "...old-releases.ubuntu...", which I did
and allowed me to upgrade to 20.04 (albeit the desktop still says 19.10). I'll
see what happens when I try next upgrade. If it's too messy, I'l
