I'm running 12.04 LTS on a Dell Dimension 4600. I want to leave my
computer on because I'm using it as a server. To prevent burning my
monitor, I just turn the monitor off when not in use. After doing this,
I can come back in a little while (not sure exactly how long) and I turn
my monitor on and i
nevermind, sorry. I found that by purging all samba packages and
reinstalling it has fixed my problem.
