Why was this bug filed on gwakeonlan?
gWakeOnLAN doesn't use NOR provides any MySQL dependency and it's completely
unrelated to MySQL and MariaDB.
Please fill this bug on the MariaDB package.

This is the reason because developers abandon bad distributions like Ubuntu
with extreme long times for package updates and bad support for new available
versions of the applications. As an evangelist you should always tell people
the truth, including the various reasons to avoid Ubuntu.

I made the same tests suggested by einstein1969 and I can confirm this bug
happens when the system monitor applet includes the disk usage monitor.
Tested on two machines with Ubuntu Lucid 10.04 i386 with all updates applied

indeed you're right, transmission 1.70 came from the getdeb repository, I
didn't noticed before.
I'm actually using Jaunty so the latest available version was
1.51-0ubuntu3.
Nevertheless this bug should be considered invalid because I'm still

such behaviour is caused by the same class name on your python modules
class ColumnExtension(nautilus.ColumnProvider, nautilus.InfoProvider)
the author should give different class names on each module and the
defect will not happen
