When I try to rename file or folder in popup window that Nuatilus
provides for that, I cannot switch language (I use Alt+Shift). It seems
that popup intercepts all keypresses, even that it does not handle. That

Just to confirm: Yes, I already use "Ubuntu on Xorg". I also checked
"Ubuntu" option (which should mean Wayland) and icons in mentioned
applications are missed, which currently is known bug/limitation of
wayland.

My applications does not listed in that list because they are not
installed (it is development binaries that runs from VCS folder), but I
found some other applications without icons.
One is DBeaver 24.1.4, but it also not installed (I use noJDK edition:

For me, sometimes after login login overlay is not disappeared and
prevent from showing any window, but mouse and maybe keyboard events
still delivered to some screen areas (see screenshoot).
I do not have any hardware keys, such as yubikey

Still an issue. Text on pages in Firefox and text in Qt applications
(for example, TortoiseHg, VirtualBox), Sublime Text not affected.
