Same issues on Karmic server after adding a new disk to LVM VG that was
created at install. When Grub updates during apt-get it segfaults with
error 139.
Adding the extra disk to the device.map as per stiV's comment has fixed
this issue. apt-get now completes successfully and grub.cfg is generated
After some seemingly unrelated Ubuntu updates this morning the problem
has disappeared. No reboot and browser is still open since logging this
issue.
If unreproducible please close.

When viewing some web pages the capital letters in some groups of text
are abnormally large. Other caps in the same groups of text are fine.
Seems to happen on random Capitals at any place in that word. Only
noticed on RC2 of FF3 in Ubuntu 8.0
