VisualVM does not start, because the starter script /usr/bin/jvisualvm
contains a wrong path to the Netbeans platform. See the attached patch
for correct path on current 12.10.
The version of visualvm is
1.3.3-0ubuntu1
and of libnb-platform13-java
7.0.1+dfsg1-5ubuntu2

Hm, works here, too. I'm on 4.7.4. from 11.10.
I removed the whole server that was not changeable, so unfortunatly I
cannot say whether this issue has been gone.

As a workaround, I place
APT::Architecture "amd64";
APT::Architectures:: "amd64";
in apt.conf, but this should not necessary, should it?

In Akonadi configuration (or KMail settings, result will be the same), I try to
create a new IMAP resource:
1. Click on add ("Hinzufügen")
2. Select "IMAP E-Mail Server"
--> The resource is added to the resource list
3. Select new resource and click "edit"
