I was getting this after switching ubuntu one accounts as described here: http://pastebin.com/REkZrmDM I tried deleting the password for "Ubuntu Software Center". System->Preferences->Passwords->find and delete the password for Ubuntu Software Center. And logging in again, but this didn't work.
