First i asked a friend and he was able reproduce this bug under Gnome/Debian.

the "normal" version?

Ok, when I open a Windows PowerPoint file (*.ppt) in Impress und try to save a
specific graphic (right klick on the graphic and "Saves as picture.
Rhythmbox crashes quite often, I have the feeling everything crashes from time
to time in xfce.
With gnome all went fine, I start to dislike xfce...
