1-) yes it's surely riproducible on my system at least.
2-)Try to open a quicklist on unity launcher, drag a window, open an
appindicator and most of times you'll need to click on it again to make it work
or in some cases like when using unity quicklists the quicklist does
this happens also when dragging a window, right clicking an app on the
launcher...

dash, click on "enter" to shut down the pc after opening the shut

Binary package hint: software-center
In gimp for example i see that there are 20 reviews and a total rank of
4 out of 5 stars but if i visit gimp page it tells me that the total
rank is 5 out of 5 stars and in reviews box i don't see no one review

With Unity 3.6.6 will arrive the patch by Andrea Azzarone which allows
to hide devices in the unity launcher or show only the mounted ones.
I think that a list of partitions and device should be displayed in the
Files Places
