mutex=POSIX/pthreads" to minimize context switching, particularly when
used with OpenLDAP. Reference bug #520926 reported for the Debian
(unstable) package (4.7.25-6) which also affects the Ubuntu Intrep
Oracle published the aforementioned patch along with two others which
were apparently applied to the Jaunty version of db-4.7
