System runs stable aside from mentioned "kernel BUG".
syslog always tells acpid client change has taken place around (gpu)
lockup -- see attachment.
Lockup has been a regression since maverick release and is not
Native version 6 Update 20 as well as 22 have been tested and are
silent, too, on my box.

Problem can be fixed by giving initramfs-tools the order of setting
bootarg FRAMEBUFFER to yes by creating
/etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/splash with content "FRAMEBUFFER=yes" and
updating the initial ramdisk by entering
sudo update-initramfs -u.
