PPAs are currently pretty stale, and not connected to the new source on
GitHub.
I've disabled the recipes and removed the nightly PPAs.
We plan to reintroduce this at some point.

Thats a problem with ordering in your Apache config.
Look for statements in the form of Alias or ScriptAlias.
