Finally I'm very sure the bug is located in compiz. At least I cannot
reproduce the bug while having compiz disabled and further this would
fit to my previous observations, because it means, that the bug is

Further found this bug in elementary-theme. So this is probably no bug
in those themes itself, but in an superior level of gnome/gtk. Maybe the
theme engines cause it.

This bug affects more themes than declared in the description. If made
some screenshots, which show the bug when using the theme 'Clearlooks',
'Dust', 'Dust Sand', 'New Wave'. So this bug further affects at le
it's a annoying bug. canoncial hopefully works on it this week.
