I do further investigations on the debian bugtracker. The bug is caused
by TCP fast open. If you you disable TCP fast open no crash is caused.
To disable TCP fast open do the following:

After the last kernel update i boot my laptop and then start chromium
browser. I was suprised that the browser no starting up. So i look at
the output of dmesg and see the panic.

Booth kernel freezes due to a crash of the fglrx module. So i
blacklisted fglrx and used the radeon with boot parameter nomodeset.
The result was a black screen.

Hi Jeremy,
after the latest Maverick Kernel update (2.6.35-25) and some tests, the
Bug is fixed. There Kernel- Trace i posted is no longer shown.
Therefore i changed the status to Fixed and i removed the need-upstream-
testing tag.
I found some ACPI Errors with Kernel 2.6.35-25 and i will open a
Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: openssh-client
sftp Programm taints the kernel. SSH configuration was not changed after
installation.
