I Have the exact same problem, in my case, it reaches 100% of CPU plus
it takes almost 40 Mb of RAM, it happens exactly when I add the Clock
Applet to the panel, it looks like it uses too mucho memory or something
like it. I did this by removing everything from the panel and start
adding things unt
