I ran those steps and after that, I figured out some errors:
"Reading package lists... Error!
E: Encountered a section with no Package: header"
Then I removed some lists under apt directory and also purged the cache.
The I applied the updates and the issue is gone.

I just updated my system and installed grandr 0.4.1 applet. I can change
