Is there any use case that justifies storing form data in
~/.kde/share/apps/okular/docdata/ given that the same data can be stored in the
pdf itself?
It seems to me that there isn't.

After upgrading kubuntu 16.04 to 16.10 ark can no longer open rar files. This
worked without problems in 16.04.
Ark can still open zip files.
Error message in ark:
Ark was not able to open Archive.rar. No suitable plugin found.
Ark does not seem to support this file type.
