This is not a duplicate of bug #260091, however I have found the real reason
for this problem.
It is because the Amazon API is no longer accessible and until 2.2 is out,
artwork cannot be fetched.

Good command to fix it, however is there any way to automatically read
the ID and patch it, say in a launcher script for games, or at
startup... I can confirm this fix though for a wired Xbox (original)
controller.
