I've found a solution. Sound works if I install gstreamer0.10-plugins-
bad package. I think it would be good to add this package to dependency
list to improve Lubuntu compatibility.

I think permissions should be set automatically if I install package. It
should work out of the box without need to correct permissions manually.
If I use "adduser" command it works only if I logout and login. So how
to do it with livecd environment?

Saucy network works but not fluent. Connection offen freeze for some
time and then unfreeze, but network bundwith is generaly bad.
Downloading of bigger files freezes sometimes totaly.
Strange thing but defaut raring kernel 3.8 and 3.10 rc5 (from mainline
repo) works good. 3.9 seems to be affected

xerox_mfp.conf did the trick for me. The scanner works now perfect and I would
suggest you to modify libsane package to fix this problem for others.
Unfortunately samsung's original driver doesn't work on ubuntu any more
Raring still affected. I need my scanner, so please, could anyone help?

At last. The bug has been fixed in 3.6. I didn't test it directly but I
tried compat-wireless (backported drivers) and It works perfect with
linux 3.5. So if quantal is going to use 3.6 kernel, the bug will be
fixed upstream.
If you want to fix your network experience before you can use 3.6
kernel
Bug still present in kernel 3.5-rc (tested with kernel from xorg-edgers
ppa).

Already tested. Kernel 3.3 (mainline) is affected. Kernel 3.4 rc1
performs much better, I can download much more data (few hundred MB) but
than it also breaks (freezes) connection and doesn't reconnect.
