In Artful (and older releases) the version of the package is 0.4.7 even though
0.7.0 is already out. Debian Buster and Sid has 0.7.0 in the repos.

When I try to compile ubuntu-device-flash from source, I get the
following error message:

So, I just tested with the image from yesterday (about 22:00 GMT+2).

picture, the login screen was so damn short on the live-cd, and my cellphone
camera's takes very long to actually make shoot the picture.

Sorry for the delay, I can confirm the bug persists when using the Open-source
drivers (AMD). But I also had the same "problem" while using the proprietary
Nvidia drivers on my laptop (it has dual-graphics with an integrated Intel one).
Images with the open-source drivers (all fglrx-* packages re

'service lightdm restart' in tty1 "fixes" it (temporarily)

I also experienced it when I plugged my laptop into my TV.
