The neon stuff is missing, will upload a fixed version to my ppa.
I need to add libneon27-gnutls-dev, libsasl2-dev to build dependencie. I've
also added subversion as suggestion.

I think it depends on missing dependences for the subversion package Its
easy to reproduce:
I have downloaded the source from the gnome homepage, unpacked it. Then
run 'sudo apt-get build-dep anjuta' to get the build dependencies. Then
run ./configure. You will see something like this.

same here I've just installed it and the German Translation is totally
broken, too. German is completely translated in launchpad, almost all
since 2007. I've also looked in the .orig.tar.gz and the translation are
included. I think they are missing in language translation package,
