notified of a connection to a network. In Human-based iconsets you have
an icon in the Notify OSD bubble but when you run a set like Eikon it's
not there.

I often plug my computer into my TV with one of those PC ports (I don't
know exactly what they're called - about 1 cm high and 2 cm wide, 3 rows

It is reproducible but its occurrence is seemingly random. I have not
found a trigger for it. When it happens there is no mistaking it: It's
obvious it isn't me just missing the folder. It happens with all sorts
of folders going to different files and the only way around it is to cut
and paste.

Sometimes - and sometimes not - when you try to drag a file on the
desktop into another folder on the desktop Nautilus will not acknowledge

I'm running a default Intrepid release downloaded 13.10.08. This occurs
in a fresh install. I don't know what it means, but it does. Video
Card: ATI Mobility FireGL V3100 w/ 64MB VRAM. Music continues to play

I am using a Dell Precision M20 laptop running Microsoft Windows XP on a
70 GB NTFS partition, Ubuntu Hardy on a 10 GB EXT3 partition, and last
night's version of Ubuntu Intrepid Alpha 6 with updates on a 10 GB Wubi
drive.

The CD drive is connected properly as we can run the Live CD perfectly
but the problem comes at boot.
As for specific computer version, I can't give you that. I asked the
technical director and not even he knows. It's just kinda mashed
