Hi, I not sure what screenshot you are referring to. When the empathy is
launched, the empathy account windows appear asking me to create new
accounts. After a short while, the empathy contact list window freezes
even if I didn't respond to it. The empathy account windows still
function normally. I

Thanks for the reply. The empathy crashes before I can open the debug in
the help menu. I get this from running empathy-debugger in a terminal.
